Business Ethics

As a responsible member of the local community, we believe in treating our customers, suppliers, employees, government entities, and shareholders fairly and equitably.

Our goal remains to provide our customers with the absolute highest quality rain gutter system.

We will always strive to provide the best total cost of ownership for each customer we work with.  This includes items we believe necessary to install a lifetime rain gutter system.  We will not overcharge by adding excess footage or unnecessary items to any quote we provide.

We will always work honestly and fairly with our customers to resolve any and all issues to the best of our ability.

We will support our local community by buying locally whenever we are able, maintaining the priority of the first point, providing the best total cost of ownership for our customers.

We will provide competitive wages and benefits to all employees, to include paid vacation, medical insurance, and profit sharing.

We will pay all our taxes and licenses in a manner to support local government regulations and our employees through official and above-board Labor and Industries standards, protecting our valued employess, our home-owners and our contractors.

The Lowest Bidder

It is unwise to pay too much, but it is worse to pay too little.
When you pay too much, you lose a little money... that is all.
When you pay too little, you sometimes lose everything,
because what you bought was incapable of doing what it was bought to do.

The common law of business balance prohibits paying a little and getting a lot... it can't be done.
If you deal with the lowest bidder, it is well to add something for the risk you run.
And if you do that, you will have enough to pay for something better.
